CAPTAIN:

We are seeking a seasoned, well rounded captain, capable of catching and maintaining cold chain integrity of any product, with any gear. Must be able to manage crew and see to it that the boat is operated to its maximum potential.

Ability to minimally process onboard and know or be able to learn basic HACCP and Sanitation requirements is a must.

Our target fish, depending upon the boat you command, is either shrimp or spiny lobster, with EU bycatch and local market fish a secondary, but profitable catch.

Pay is either salary, percentage of catch, or a combination of both. But, productivity is expected.

ENGINEER:

Skilled labor and parts are non existent in Sierra Leone. So, the engineer we seek must have a working knowledge of all systems, and be able to improvise repairs at sea and as required to keep two boats operational at all times. Parts from the US will be shipped as required, but two weeks are required. Our boats must fish without interruption

All mechanics, electronics, gear, rust, etc., must be maintained to perfection.
